Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can unfortunately not offer you a full refund or exchange.
Pre-Order Items
Please note that some of our products are offered as pre-orders. For pre-orders, the 30-day refund window begins on the date the item is shipped, not the date the order is placed. You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item ships by contacting support@alivasan.com.
Returns for Supplements
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used dietary supplements.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
